Very rude manager trainee. Needed short term rental for emergency family visit and was denied due to someone in area eith a similar name not making payments and even agter proving that those people were in no way related to us they claimed they considered us bad risk due to same name... even thoughe we were both well employed and had excellent cresif. We went to rdnt a centrr and was served eithin 24 hours

Where do you even begin about this place and the service here. First and for the most if you want to get screwed over here is the place to go. So my situation was a little confusing to them apparently, I came in looking for a living room set put money down and had that all schedule couldn't get a delivery out until 1 1/2 out of my purchase date due to them having a truck down from getting stuck in mud trying to do a delivery else where. So week went by i ended up finding a deal 10X better and cheaper on a new set of couches American Freight Furniture in Corpus Christi by the way, so same damn went back and cancelled what i had purchased was not needed anymore. Kiera ended up trying to get me to get into something else and she is very good at her sales job so i went through with it and ended up getting my son a x box 1. Now get this i paid 3 months in advance on my living room set that I was originally going to get so therefore Kiera was suppose to just transfer that over from that account over to the Xbox. 3 months down the line here I'am nobody knew where the money was i kept asking how much the remainder of my account was i kept getting put on hold and kept going through all the employees mind you I'm already upset that they couldn't pin point how much i put down in there system nor have any information, all they were worried about was collection being behind a week on a payment but yet not have all there ducks in a row, with that being said I spoke with Jeff and was sure that i was returning the XBOX they charge 700 for and will not be doing business at there office, and will let everyone know how screwed up these people are. Don't do it go elsewhere. Wouldn't even give a 1 star.
I was happy with the customer service from the girls. The draw back for me was i rented from them to help build my credit and was told they repord the 4th month and when paid off. I have yet to see it on any of my credit reports. So if you want good customer service. Go here if you want cheaper. Find another place.
I will tell you of my experience with Aarons in Aransas Pass.. The ladies at the front desk are great. They do try to help you any way they can. However the man Jeff is horrific. He gives the customer major additude and even will hang up on you as your talking to him. I had a washer and dryer and was told by Jeff before he hung up on me to leave it at the old apartment I was at and he would let the management know he would pick it up. I moved left them there someone stole them and now cause someone dropped the ball at Aarons its a long battle. Don't go to this store. There are plenty of Aarons around. Find one that isn't so rude and won't put you threw disappointing situations..
