Ordered a fridge on 4/20/17 and was promised delivery on 5/6/17. Three weeks, and then they put delivery off till 5/11/17. Guess what, on 5/10/17 they called and said it would be one to two more weeks! Cancelled order and went to Sears store in Rockport. They are delivering 5/12/17. Two day turnaround vs five weeks!
Went shopping for new washer. Found the perfect one but I found out that the earliest I could get it delivered was a week and a half. Not acceptable. I left empty handed.
Contactors professional desk was awesome Georgie and flooring was awesome I believe her name is Kelly at the professional desk is awesome and Sandy from installed sales went out of her way to help us but there was one manager there that told me she couldn't do it and she didn't know how and she walked away from me and I have found that very rude and I would expect a manager to know how to do a SOS return I used to work there for 7 years I did them that are not difficult put her back on a computer Andrea trainer I do not know her name and I am not being prejudiced she has short black hair and a little bit of a way about 5:40 I would say in height I do not like she that she said I can't do that and I want to help you and she walked away instead of saying I can't do that let me get you somebody to help you and this was Lowe's in Aransas Pass Texas
Horrible customer service, bought 200 dollars worth of lumber and was charged for an extra 3 sheets of plywood at 27.58 a piece. When I went to get a refund was told it would take 2 to 5 days to return it. Never shop here again. Managers are even rude.
