Lovely quite.library with nice children's section and computer access. I had approached them one time to borrow a room to teach beginner's sign language as i had in Wichita ks and Bradford Ohio but was told that they did t think that would serve our community since there were not many deaf here. I asked to just try and the older man at the desk became snarky and claimed that aransas.pass.didn't need any more handicapped
