One star is too generous.... Customer service is a foreign concept to this beurocratic office.... waited 2 hours, with only 3 people in front of me, for them to tell me they can't help me.
Impossible to call.... Took me a week just to schedule a appointment for my driving test... Finally got the paperwork i needed... Thanks to the last lady that gave me the proper help i can finally take my test
I will be returning to Denton, Texas to complete my education in Social Science (Sociology); it did not work out in Rockport, Texas because of a problem starting on 06-22-2017.
You have done a good job at the local office, I met a female Officer--State Trooper at this Driver's License Division for another Identification Card, carrying two forms of Identification one is for TDCJ and one is for OSHA. I have added a third form of identification through the EPA.
Worst place ever! Never answers phone there is no point in having one!

10 people ahead. Only 45 min. In and out. You can't get a license with no documents people. Who do you think you are an illegal alien. It may work for food stamps, government housing, Medicare, Obama cell phones, but not with a driver's license.
