Post master needs to be fired! She is so rude and so unprofessional!!!
Called in 2 different occasions about passport renewal and the lady named Mary (I learned she is the postmaster) is very rude. First call a Friday - I asked if there is a schedule for accepting passport paperwork and she said that they will mail out the application and that I have to line up like everybody else. I then asked if somebody is going to check my paperwork and make sure they are filled out correctly and she keeps repeating that they will just mail out the application and I have to line up like everybody else. She didn't answer my question or bother to help me out. Thursday morning the following week, I called again just to make sure on what time they will be accepting the paperwork and she said " The next schedule for accepting passport paperwork is on Tuesday June 13th at 10:00 am" I asked that I thought as per the USPS website that passport days are Mon-Fri and she just keep repeating again what she said "The next schedule for accepting passport paperwork is on Tuesday June 13th at 10:00 am" she didn't bother to explain. Very rude!!!
Can't deliver anything on time. Never answers the phone. Extremely frustrating.
