HORRIBLE customer service I called and left my phone number and didn't get a call back. Received a text that night saying he would call the next day that was almost a month ago.
Went to port A with my family and noticed my car wasn't running right. I googled the closest place to me to service my vehicle, and came across Johns. This was the best decision I made our entire trip. He made sure that my family and I were safe, test drove my car at least 4x Before handing my keys back to me, and the issue was resolved within an hour. We went over a few options before realizing what the real problem was, and once this was figured out, he had our car ready within 30 min. I would recommend this place to any and everybody, go to Johns!!!!
Brent took the time to discuss my issues, explain what he thought and was going to do, and then when he was done presented me with a bill that was super reasonable.
If you want an honest shop that knows how customer service should work then this is the best I've found in this area. The shop doesn't look fancy from the outside but it's got a gem or two working inside.
Our AC stopped working on our drive to Port Aransas from Austin. We were hot and cranky and our vacation looked like it might be not be a good one. After being turned away at one local shop, we found John's Transmission. Brent was amazing!! He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and had us back on the road in no time. The customer service shown to us at this shop was excellent. If I lived in the area, this is the shop I'd choose for regular service!
This is the place to go if you want transmission repair or service. This independent isn't one of those places that just go for flipping cars in and out, replacing instead of fixing, or recommending maintenance you don't need.
Brent was straight forward and was honest about what was wrong with the Impala he was also very reasonable will be going back to get it fixed
