Didn't get the part I wanted and found out a year later that it was bad after it fried all the wiring. Won't stand behind their work. Don't recommend.

Never again! I called first and asked if I could come to get a state inspection. The owner, Keith, said to come before 5:00 and he could have me in and out in 20 minutes. Well, I arrived and there was no one to be seen. I stood waiting at the "service desk" for several minutes before I heard someone in the back of the garage. The "employee" pointed to where I had been standing and said I should talk to Keith. No Keith. Then I look to my left through a small window and there is Keith, on the phone, looking right back at me. Zero acknowledgment from Keith. No raised finger to say, "Just a moment." No tap on the glass to say, "Hey, I am here, on the phone." His only reply with a lifeless stare back at my very confused face. After a moment, Keith emerged and took my information and asked where my car was located, I pointed to it and stated that I left it running for him. He said, "There is the waiting room, it will take about 20 minutes." Pointing to a dark hole behind a parts area. It was small and hot and looked like the room was decorated by Norman Bates himself. After locating the AC unit and then sitting down for 20 minutes, I decide to see how things are going. There is my car, unmoved, still running. I go to turn it off and on the way back notice the one "employee" is now in the back of the garage engaged in what looks like a drug deal. The guy in the white truck the "employee" was talking to was giving me the hard stare. Anyways, where is Keith? Sitting in his office, and not on the phone. But in a moment he comes out and asks what I need. I said, "It has been 20 minutes and my car is still there." He said, "I will do it when I am off the phone." Again, he wasn't on the phone when I walked up the second time, so he lied to me. Keith is not an honest man and I would never trust my vehicle with him for any reason. He was obviously not interested in doing my state inspection. He will never get my business and you shouldn't go there either.
Now I know that sounds like faint praise, given all the rip off artists here, but it is not. Keith is top notch, even by Midwestern standards. I've used his shop for 6 years, with as many as 9 vehicles, and could not be happier.
I've known Keith all my life he's honest and does quality work.
