Our room was clean and staff was very courteous. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be from all the reviews I've read. For the price and location close to Port Aransas beach, I would stay there again.
The place is run down and not well kept. The service was very poor and there were bed bugs. I recommend avoiding this place if at all possible.

Budget hotel, not up to date and could not get the wifi to work on my phone. Didn't have modern amenities in room like USB outlets. The alarm clock and the phone did not work. If on budget, you can live the the night. If it's luxury or comfort , prob not best one. Very very close to excellent scenery.
We walk into the room and its hot no ac then there's a giant hole in the call and a hole on the bathroom door the bathroom door doesn't close right. And the breakfast isn't much
