We returned to our rental space one week after the hurricane and were pleasantly surprised to see that the broken limbs and leaves were already cleaned. The owners came and worked and brought in a crew to get the park ready for returning residents--thank you so much!! We appreciate that action and we feel appreciated as well. We are looking forward to the fall and winter seasons here.

Visited several parks in January and we decided that we would like to stay here starting in the spring when there were expected vacancies. Our decision was based on what other residents shared with us and the park-like environment of a smaller RV resort in a secluded area. There are trees and grass surrounding each lot. The pool, laundry facilities, and bath houses are clean and well maintained. We have been here 6 months and have had nothing but great experiences. Manager Cathleen is engaged as she rounds thru the park daily. Rules are enforced for the safety and enjoyment of all the residents. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful and keep everything working well and the grounds beautiful.

Utilities are outrageous. There are much nicer campgrounds for the price. And don't even think of removing laundry from washers or dryers if clothes is left in it in order for you to wash because you can't, only Cathleen, the manager can do that. So just keep going back and forth to laundry until others decide to take their laundry out. They need to rename this campground , old folks RV Resort. I'm 60, I'm old but still like enjoying myself. Believe me you don't want to stay here. What these people did to this young couples at a time like this is inhumane, no one deserves to be treated like this. Oh and watch you receipts carefully, they charge your card before the due date. They did it to us. Presley and Barbara Griffin. I know not all Texans are like this because we stayed at beautiful Resort with wonderful owners at Longhorn RV Resort in Neiderwald Texas. Amazing place, look it up , it's the Resort of your dreams.

This park decides that during a national disaster I will not let the paying customers of this park to be allowed back In the park. This all due to age, having children and dogs size. After 7 months of being in this park and always complying with the rules and doing as the manager asked of us we can not return because we are under 55 and have a child and a dog. The manager of this park is very tackless and places rude signs up around the park and run it like a military camp. Unless your a senior citizen then you will be allowed to do what you wish and have a barking dog just like the manager of the park does. All of this done to over half the paying customer over a text message and will not return calls to paying customers of the park. Texasns helping Texans not at this park. God bless

I lived in the Aransas Bay R.V.for over a year very friendly staff...And a beautiful park. The only reason I'm not there now Harvey took my trailer. But someday I will be back.

Stayed here 9 months. Manager is rude and acts like she owns the park. She rides around in her golf cart watching everything one does. Kicked out 10 people after Hurricane Harvey because she wants to enforce winter rules, which is no kids, no one under 55, no dogs over a certain weight. Heartless after such a devastating event. Then couldn't even call, let them know in a text message. Texans helping Texans! Not here! Pool is heated but so tight they don't keep heater on in pool in winter months. Have a community kitchen for campground but she only lets her chosen people use it after hours. .John in campground who is younger had his family over to visit as he lives 8 or 9 hours away and is working in the area asked to use it while family was there but she said no. But in winter months older people can use to play games, pool, whatever.

Have visited MANY times over the last FIVE years. Park is always kept clean, quiet, and safe. Park is easy to find, yet nicely tucked away, updated security, and the staff is top notch. Owners and manager are vested in not only the condition and amenities of the park but the residents as well...not very common now a days. Love our little get away!!
