The pier is beautiful and some waterfront sites are too. There are lots of older people like us and it is very quiet. ICW sits next to a waste water treatment facility which can cause a horrible smell and the view is not so nice. My husband loves fishing and that is why we live here. My advice...make nice with the owners and everyone and you will probably see more benefits to living here.
